Soak dry red chillies in vinegar for 1/2 an hour.Grind it.
Cut the fish into small pieces and marinate it with some salt and turmeric powder.
Medium fry these pieces and keep aside.
Grind ginger,garlic and yellow mustard seeds .
Add some boiled water if you want to(Optional).
Mix vinegar,water,sugar and salt.bring to boil.
To the mix add the grinded spice mix along with grinded dry red chillies.
Now add fried fish pieces along with curry leaves and stir well.
Take out of flame when the water drains.
